A bit about me:
My name is Mike, a Nutrition Coach, Fitness Behavioural Change Expert, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
My journey to health and happiness has been filled with twists and turns, from being an overweight kid to a 260+ pound finance worker feeling sluggish and unhappy. After years of yo-yo dieting, I found success through sustainable and enjoyable weight loss practices, thanks to a coach's guidance.
I discovered that the key to lasting change wasn’t just in the gym but in balanced nutrition and by creating ridiculously simple, enjoyable eating habits mixed with consistent exercise routines, I transformed my body and my entire life.
Now, as the Founder & Head Coach of Boss Fit Nutrition Coaching, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals while still enjoying life's pleasures—like taco’s, BBQ and all of life’s delicious sweets!

Things I enjoy:
All-you-can-eat Sushi, swimming, gym/ training days, meditation, journaling, lifting heavy weights, morning stretches, cooking, connecting with new people, laughing, spicy foods, and Games Of Thrones!
Things I don’t enjoy:
Constant negativity, defeatist attitudes, complainers, people who refuse to grow/ change.
